One year ago from today God gave me a gift that I will love and cherish for the rest of my life. Tyler Andrew Peden. He is truly a gift from God and I thank Him everyday for Tyler and all the blessings he has brought to my life. I could not imagine not having him in my life and waking up and seeing his smiling face every morning. Being a mother is a tough job, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. Birthdays are hard sometimes because it reminds us that children grow up and won't be little for long. I know that all stages of his life will be exciting and that growing up is all part of God's plan for us. I look forward to celebrating many more birthdays with my little man!
For his special day, I woke up and made him biscuits and eggs served with strawberries and juice. Had I known he would feed it all to Maddie, I would've slept a few extra minutes and fed him his same ole fruit and oatmeal! He didn't eat anything I cooked for him! I've cooked it before and he liked it, but not this morning! After his nap we met Anthony and my parents at the park for a picnic then went to the Hendersonville Library. We grilled out tonight and opened presents then went to church. It was a long, but wonderful day.

So hard to believe he's already a year old! Seems like just yesterday I was at the hospital with you! We love little TyTy!!! Happy Birthday, buddy! :)
