This was a rather eventful weekend for Tyler! He got to meet his Aunt Kelly and Uncle Andy for the first time and he got to eat out at three restaurants all in one weekend! Saturday for lunch we ate at the Chocolate Covered Strawberry, the same place Kelly hosted my baby shower. Saturday night we ate at Larivierre's on the Square in Gallatin. If you have not been there, they have great catfish and outstanding bread pudding! I had both since I haven't started my diet yet! Then this morning we went to Mimi's Cafe for brunch. Tyler was on his best behavior and it was nice to take him out with us.
Sunday afternoon, Kelly and I went for a pedicure and manicure and did a little shopping and then later that night we went to my mom and dads to eat and play cards. We are now seeing how hard it is to get somewhere on time when you have a newborn baby! There are so many things to gather up before you leave and it never fails he will have a wet diaper right when we're ready to leave! Tomorrow he will be two weeks old and we have loved every minute with him here!
